Copper Cocktails Tube
Cocktails in style with the Four Pillars Original Rare Dry, Australian Tonic by Strangelove - love that name - and some stylish copper tools to make the perfect G&T.
Four Pillars : Rare Dry Gin 700ml : Yarra Valley, VIC.
A distinctive blend of botanicals, the use of a one-of-a-kind world class copper still, a brand, a name and a bottle to die for. Not to mention ultimate dedication and hard work. Four Pillars has created something very unique. A truly modern Australian gin. They use whole oranges which is unusual but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom. The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel. This Rare Dry Gin has been awarded medals at three prestigious international competitions.
barGEEK : 2 pieces Copper Range : Jigger Japanese Style 15/30ml & Spoon Stirrer : Sydney, NSW.
barGEEK is an hospitality company focusing on supplying the bar scene with high quality, custom and professional bar equipment. With this copper range they have created a stunning set of bar tools that will knock everyone of their feet, even before the gin has been opened! For measuring, a double sided Japanese jigger with 15ml and 30ml indication. For stirring, a 27cm tall flat end spoon 27cm long. Both made of stainless steel and copper plated.
Strangelove : Coastal Tonic 2x180ml : Melbourne, VIC.
Demanding superior quality beverages to complement premium spirits is the new thing. If 3/4 of your drink is the mixer then mix with the best. A tonic water that is not just a sugary soft drink made up of flavourings and additives but a real addition to your cocktail - delicious to drink by itself and the perfect companion to a sweet, sloe or fruit-infused gin. The Coastal Tonic is a dry, low-bitterness tonic that - through a unique blend of delicate coastal botanicals - heroes the nuances of any top-shelf gin. With a lively citrus backbone of Sicilian Lemon and Bergamot - emboldened by herbaceous, green undertones of old man saltbush, coastal thyme and sea parsley - it is perilously hard to make, yet surprisingly easy to drink. It's a tonic water that accentuates, rather than dominates, any classic gin. Contains a slightly pretentious pinch of Murray River Pink Flake Salt, because salt clearly makes everything in life more enjoyable.
Cocktail Kit : Dehydrated Oranges 15 pieces : Adelaide, SA.
To add finesse to you cocktails, garnish your creation with a fine slice of dehydrated orange. Adds a lovely flavour to your drink and looks rather lovely too. Packaged in eco friendly, compostable packaging.
Barefoot Farm : Maple Roasted Pecan 100g : Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW.
Barefoot Farm is the story of two chefs with a shared paddock to plate passion who became farmers. Ash and Matt planted their first Market Garden together while living in a worn-out bus near Nimbin in the Byron Bay hinterland. Following organic farming principles, they hand-cleared two acres of overgrown farmland to raise free-range chickens and pigs and grow vegetables which they turned into dips, pickles, sauces and spreads for sale at the local markets. Wanting to expand, they took over a pecan farm in the nearby pristine Eltham Valley. The pecan orchard is managed biologically and with a focus on natural fertilisation and soil management. Of all the tree nuts, pecans have some of the highest content of antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which is good for a healthy immune system. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, natural, no nasties, high protein, low sodium. The Maple Roasted Pecans are a sweet and light snack.
