Delivery

To ensure safe and reliable delivery of your Goods Tube/s, we use a mix of courier services and Australia EParcel Post enabling us to cover a wide range of shipping options and all destinations, including PO boxes.

The Goods Tube delivers Australia wide at a flat rate fee of $9.90.

Shipping is free when your order exceeds $150 in one transaction to the same address.

Same Day Delivery for Sydney Metro

Sydney Metro Only: Same-day deliveries are available for Sydney Metro at $16.95. Your order must be received by 11am that day. Same day delivery option is available at check-out.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am-5pm). No deliveries are made during weekends or Public Holidays.

Delivery Schedule per State

As a general rule, please allow 1-4 business days for delivery to most destinations in Australia. For regional and remote areas please allow an additional 1-2 days to the estimates below.

Signature Required

Signature is required with courier services and Australia Eparcel Post. Please consider that the delivery address must be continuously occupied during business hours to receive your parcel. From our experience, providing a business address is the most reliable option.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, depending on location and area, the courier with either leave a calling card asking the receiver to rearrange delivery either online or over the phone, or they will leave a card advising the receiver to pick up the parcel at the nearest post office or newsagent.

If the courier deems that there is a safe spot to leave the parcel, out of view and protected from weather conditions, they may leave the parcel without obtaining signature.

The Goods Tube is not liable for delay or any resending costs attributable to delivery attempts where the nominated address is unattended or incorrect.

Receiving Alcohol

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase and receive liquor in Australia. For all Goods Tubes with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.

International Deliveries

The Goods Tube can arrange international deliveries. We strongly advice against gifts containing alcohol and/or food items as these may be subject to customs in the destination country. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift or against import duty and taxes being added to the parcel upon receipt in the destination country.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged Parcels or Items

In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, The Goods Tube will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact The Goods Tube on 1300 823 344 or studio@thegoodstube.com within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.

If the moment has gone and you do not wish a replacement gift tube or damaged items resent, and provided sufficient proof has been submitted, we will refund the value of the gift or damaged item.

Late Deliveries

Refunds will not be given for late delivery. The Goods Tube will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us on 1300 823 344 or email studio@thegoodstube.com and we will follow up.
