Australia Wide Delivery 

The Goods Tube deliver Australia wide using a mix of Courier Services and Australia Post.

Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping is by courier or Australia Post depending on destination at $11.95. 

Express Shipping 

Express Delivery is available at $17.95 per location. The order must be received by 11am that day. Express is shipped via Australia Express Service with an estimated 1-2 day delivery timeframe.   

Same Day Delivery

Available for Gold Coast Metro only at $24.95. Order must be placed by 11am. 

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am-5pm). Some Australia Post services deliver on Saturdays. No deliveries are made during Public Holidays.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery day or time as transit times are outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times to cities:
Gold Coast and Brisbane: 1 business day
Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra: 1-2 business days
Adelaide: 3-4 business days
Hobart: 4-5 business days
Perth: 5-7 business days


Estimated delivery times per state:

QLD : 1-3 business days
NSW: 1-3 business days
ACT: 1-3 business days
VIC: 1-3 business days
SA: 3-5 business days
TAS: 3-5 business days
WA: 5-8 business days
NT: 5-8 business days

    For regional and remote areas please allow an additional 2-3 business days to the estimates.

    During peak times, such as Christmas, Valentine's, Mother and Father' Day, additional transit days are to be expected. 

    Signature Required

    Signature may be required with courier services and Australia Parcel Post. Please consider that the delivery address must be continuously occupied during business hours to receive your parcel. From our experience, providing a business address is the most reliable option. 

    Authority To Leave

    Home deliveries will automatically receive Authority To Leave status as the standard. Unless you specifically note on your order that there is NO Authority To Leave this will be the case. 

    Couriers will only leave the parcel if they can see a reasonably safe and secure location to leave it.

    Unsuccessful Deliveries 

    If the delivery is unsuccessful, or if the parcel cannot be left safely, they will either 1) leave a calling card for the recipient to call up and arrange a new delivery time or 2) leave a card informing the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest Newsagent or Australia Post office ready for collection.

    The Goods Tube is not liable for delay or any re-sending costs attributable to delivery attempts where the nominated address is unattended or incorrect. Re-delivery fees will apply for parcels that needs to be re-directed or re-delivered. 

    Please note that The Goods Tube and the courier company take no responsibility or liability for the rare occasion of lost or stolen parcels after the courier has recorded the parcel as delivered. 

    Receiving Alcohol

    You must be over 18 years of age to purchase and receive liquor in Australia. For all Goods Tubes with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.

    International Deliveries

    The Goods Tube can arrange international deliveries. We strongly advice against gifts containing alcohol and/or food items as these may be subject to customs in the destination country. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift or against import duty and taxes being added to the parcel upon receipt in the destination country.

    Returns and Refunds

    Damaged Parcels or Items

    In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, The Goods Tube will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact The Goods Tube on 1300 823 344 or within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.

    If the moment has gone and you do not wish a replacement gift tube or damaged items resent, and provided sufficient proof has been submitted, we will refund the value of the gift or damaged item.

    Late Deliveries

    Refunds will not be given for late delivery. The Goods Tube will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us on 1300 823 344 or email and we will follow up.
