The Goods Tube uses a mix of Courier Services and Australia ePparcel Post enabling us to cover a wide range of shipping options and all destinations, including PO boxes.
Standard shipping is free of charge.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours (9am-5pm). No deliveries are made during weekends or Public Holidays.Delivery Schedule
All our parcels are shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD.
Our standard deliveries to Gold Coast and Brisbane are the following business day; Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra 1-2 business days; Adelaide 3 business days, Hobart 4 business days; Perth 5-6 business days. For regional and remote areas please allow an additional 2-3 business days to the estimates.Estimated delivery times per state:

Signature may be required with courier services and Australia Eparcel Post. Please consider that the delivery address must be continuously occupied during business hours to receive your parcel. From our experience, providing a business address is the most reliable option.
Authority To Leave
Home deliveries will have an Authority To Leave note as standard. Australia Post couriers are the same. Unless you specifically note on your order that there is NO Authority To Leave this will be the case.
Couriers will only leave the parcel if they can see a reasonably safe and secure location to leave it. If the parcel cannot be left safely they will either 1) leave a calling card for the recipient to call up and arrange a new delivery time or 2) leave a card informing the recipient that the parcel has been taken to the nearest Newsagent or Australia Post office and they can collect from there.
If the parcel is not picked up in time, the courier will return the parcel to The Goods Tube. We will then follow up with purchaser. Re-delivery fees may apply for parcels that needs to be re-directed or re-delivered.
Please note that when authority to leave has been given, The Goods Tube and the courier company take no responsibility or liability for the rare occasion of lost or stolen parcels after the courier has recorded the parcel as delivered.
If delivery is unsuccessful, depending on location and area, the courier with either leave a calling card asking the receiver to rearrange delivery either online or over the phone, or they will leave a card advising the receiver to pick up the parcel at the nearest post office or newsagent.
If the courier deems that there is a safe spot to leave the parcel, out of view and protected from weather conditions, they may leave the parcel without obtaining signature.
The Goods Tube is not liable for delay or any re-sending costs attributable to delivery attempts where the nominated address is unattended or incorrect.Receiving Alcohol
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase and receive liquor in Australia. For all Goods Tubes with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.International Deliveries
The Goods Tube can arrange international deliveries. We strongly advice against gifts containing alcohol and/or food items as these may be subject to customs in the destination country. We cannot guarantee against products being confiscated and removed from the gift or against import duty and taxes being added to the parcel upon receipt in the destination country.

Returns and RefundsDamaged Parcels or Items
In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, The Goods Tube will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact The Goods Tube on 1300 823 344 or email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.
If the moment has gone and you do not wish a replacement gift tube or damaged items resent, and provided sufficient proof has been submitted, we will refund the value of the gift or damaged item.Late Deliveries
Refunds will not be given for late delivery. The Goods Tube will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur it is often during transit which it outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us on 1300 823 344 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up.
