Pachamama : Shiraz 2019 : Heathcote.
A name inspired by a trip to Peru and the Incan Earth Goddess herself, who brings fruit to the vine and joy to the world. Behind the Pachamama brand are two fabulous female winemakers, who set out to create stylish and highly individual wines that leave you wanting more. Now based in the picturesque Yarra Valley, the centre of Victoria’s wine country, girl duo Nina and Callie with wine running through their veins, select their favourite varietals throughout Victoria from talented, meticulous growers whose number one priority is to nurture the fruit. This Shiraz is powerful, earthy, and full of brooding dark red fruits.
Cuvee Chocolate : Classic Dark Hot Chocolate Powder 150g : Carrum Downs.
In 2014, Maître Patissier, Chocolatier and Wine Connoisseur Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie founded Cuvee Chocolate from their kitchen base, right at the fringe of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Since their humble beginnings, Kylie, Deniz and their team of passionate chocolate makers dedicate themselves every day to continue to make Cuvee Chocolate the Home of Australia’s most exclusive and iconic range of chocolate. Rich, creamy and sooo chocolatey....to call this hot chocolate a crowd pleaser would definitely be an understantement! A hint of sea salt makes it just that little bit more indulgent.
Kakadu Plum Co : Jilungin Bush Tea Loose Leaf 35g : Melbourne.
Kakadu Plum Co. is a social enterprise that celebrates and supports Australian Indigenous communities and the native food industry with a direct impact from each purchase. For thousands of years Indigenous Australians have used bush foods for their medicinal and health properties. The unique Jilungin Bush Tea is wild harvested by Indigenous Australians from The Kimberley. It has a herbal and earthy taste and has long been used for its calming and relaxation benefits. Bruno Dann, Traditional Owner and Aboriginal Elder, says that this tea is known to put you to sleep... a long deep sleep. To experience the true magic, not only are the leaves picked, but the bark and stems too. Together, it is an experience of the whole plant. Once picked, everything is dried in large bags in the bush. It is as a true traditional wild tea.
