Archie Rose Whiskey Tube

Launched in 2015, Archie Rose is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. We have been waiting around for their whisky to launch and finally it is here and already an award winner. No less than voted the World's Best Rye Whiskey at the World Whiskies Awards in 2020! 

To create this truly unique whisky, Archie Rose has selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. A preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

The Denver & Liely Whisky Glass came about from an exploration into the diverse and often mysterious world of whisky. Wanting to improve on the drinking experience by exploring the deepest, darkest depths of their whisky collections, the D&L Whisky Glass was born. The hand-blown shape of the glass takes the aroma enhancing form of a traditional whisky snifter and combines it with the versatility and style of a classic tumbler. Hand-blown, hand-cut and hand-polished lead-free crystal. Engineered to perfection by engineers - Denver and Liely. Recently rated number one whisky glass in the world by Forbes magazine.

Barefoot Farm is the story of two chefs with a shared paddock to plate passion who became farmers. Ash and Matt planted their first Market Garden together while living in a worn-out bus near Nimbin in the Byron Bay hinterland. Following organic farming principles, they hand-cleared two acres of overgrown farmland to raise free range chickens and pigs and grow vegetables which they turned into dips, pickles, fermentation, sauces and spreads for sale at the local markets. Wanting to expand, they took over a pecan farm in the nearby pristine Eltham Valley. The pecan orchard is managed biologically, without pesticides, and with a focus on natural fertilisation and soil management. Of all the tree nuts, pecans have some of the highest content of antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which is good for a healthy immune system. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, natural, no nasties, high protein, low sodium.
