Four Pillars Gin : Bloody Shiraz Gin 700ml : Yarra Valley, VIC.
The Four Pillars gins have taken the gin scene by storm. A distinctive blend of botanicals, the use of a one-of-a-kind world-class copper still, a brand, a name, and a bottle to die for. Not to mention ultimate dedication and hard work. Four Pillars has created something very unique. In the Bloody Shiraz gin the team has combined their award-winning Rare Dry Gin with Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes. This experiment using local cool climate Shiraz has become a cult-favourite, perfectly balancing sweet fruit and ginny goodness. Simply delicious.
Strangelove : Bitter Lemon Tonic 2x180ml : Melbourne, VIC.
Demanding superior quality beverages to complement premium spirits is the new thing. If 3/4 of your drink is the mixer then mix with the best. A tonic water that is not just a sugary soft drink made up of flavourings and additives but a real addition to your cocktail - delicious to drink by itself and the perfect companion to a sweet, sloe or fruit-infused gin. Bitter Lemon Tonic is a long-forgotten classic. Calamansi and bitter orange make our lemons seem more sophisticated than they actually are - the resulting citrus profile being delicate and complex. Organic cane sugar provides depth, cohesion and a truly luxurious mouth feel.
Port Willunga Fine Foods : Sun-Dried Oranges 35g : Port Willunga, SA.
Product change to Port Willunga Fine Foods. To add finesse to you cocktails, garnish your creation with a fine slice of dehydrated orange. Adds a lovely flavour to your drink and looks rather lovely too.
Wondersnack : Maple Roasted Pecan 130g : Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW.
Barefoot Farm is the story of two chefs with a shared paddock to plate passion who became farmers. Ash and Matt planted their first Market Garden together while living in a worn-out bus in the Byron Bay hinterland. Following organic farming principles, they hand-cleared two acres of overgrown farmland to raise free range chickens and pigs and grow vegetables to sell at local markets. Wanting to expand, they took over a pecan farm in the nearby pristine Eltham Valley. The pecan orchard is managed without pesticides and with a focus on natural fertilisation and soil management. Of all the tree nuts, pecans have some of the highest content of antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which is good for a healthy immune system. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, natural, no nasties, high protein, low sodium.
