PRODUCT SWAP : Garden Grown: Gin 700ml : Erina, NSW, Australia.
We are currently unable to source the Pink Gin by Antipodes and have made a product swap to the lovely Garden Grown Gin. The pure essence of an Australian summer garden. Stunningly beautiful bottle and lovingly handcrafted in Erina north of Sydney. It’s here that the Master distiller Phillip Moore grows and handpicks the botanicals that give this gin its distinctive character. Pure and ultra fresh with a juniper and black pepper base overlaid by sweet floral top notes.
East Imperial: Superior Burma Tonic 2x150ml : New Zealand.
It's the new thing. Demanding superior quality beverages to complement premium spirits. A tonic water that is not just a sugary soft drink made up of flavourings and additives. In comes The East Imperial Tonic Water to put the heritage, integrity and authenticity of original tonic water back into your tumbler. Inspired by a 1903 recipe, East Imperial Tonic Waters are small batched and blended using all natural Asian sourced ingredients, New Zealand artesian spring water and a cold filled process. This traditional method of production ensures that the freshness and the subtleties of the botanicals are protected, taking tonic water back to its origins.
Cocktail Kit : Dehydrated Oranges 10-15 pieces : Adelaide, SA, Australia.
To add finesse to you cocktails, garnish your creation with a fine slice of dehydrated orange. Adds a lovely flavour to your drink and looks rather lovely too. Packaged in eco friendly, compostable packaging.
Barefoot Farm : Maple Roasted Pecan 130g : Byron Bay Hinterland, NSW, Australia.
Barefoot Farm is the story of two chefs with a shared paddock to plate passion who became farmers. Ash and Matt planted their first Market Garden together while living in a worn-out bus near Nimbin in the Byron Bay hinterland. Following organic farming principles, they hand-cleared two acres of overgrown farmland to raise free range chickens and pigs and grow vegetables which they turned into dips, pickles, fermentations, sauces and spreads for sale at the local markets. Wanting to expand, they took over a pecan farm in the nearby pristine Eltham Valley. The pecan orchard is managed biologically, without pesticides, and with a focus on natural fertilisation and soil management. Of all the tree nuts, pecans have some of the highest content of antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which is good for a healthy immune system. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, natural, no nasties, high protein, low sodium. The Maple Roasted Pecans are a sweet and light snack.
