Behind the Pachamama brand are two fabulous female winemakers, who set out to create stylish and highly individual wines that leave you wanting more. Now based in the picturesque Yarra Valley, the centre of Victoria’s wine country, girl duo Nina and Callie with wine running through their veins, select their favourite varietals throughout Victoria from talented, meticulous growers whose number one priority is to nurture the fruit. This Shiraz is powerful, earthy, and full of brooding dark red fruits.  

Cuvee Chocolate is the result of award-winning Executive Pastry Chef & Chocolatier Deniz Karaca long-standing dream of creating Australia’s only artisan chocolate specifically crafted to compliment wine. A bold blend with 70% of the beans coming from a single plantation nestled within the ancient rainforests of Peru. Strong impressions of red and tropical fruit in the front palate, followed by complex layers of natural acidity make it appear considerably less sweet than a common 65% dark chocolate.
