Before Andrea Bocelli became famous for his incredible voice, his family were known for producing beautiful wines. The family farm was settled in 1730 by Bartolomeo Bocelli. From the very beginning, the Bocelli family has been a people of the land, cultivating grains, animals, honey, olive oil, and of course, wine. Made from Tuscany’s noble varietal, the Bocelli family’s passion and expertise are on full display in this exceptionally bright, lush and appealing Sangiovese. With grapes hand-harvested from some of the best vineyard sites in Morellino, the fruit is deliciously ripe and smoky, with notes of marasca cherry, granite, and rhubarb compote.

Using the best quality natural ingredients and family recipes, Phillippa’s specialises in producing products that are no longer regularly made in the home, keeping alive the art of bread, pastry and preserve making. For their famous Plum Pudding they are keeping the traditions alive using their own candied orange peel, loads of Australian vinefruit, Phillippa’s Breadcrumbs and plenty of brandy! 

With a background in wine making Josh and Jacq use vintage chocolate making equipment and only 2 ingredients, cacao and cane sugar, and strive to make chocolate in a traditional way that pre-dates the mass production of the industrial revolution. Located in Margaret River in Western Australia, they have a philosophy of 'Bean to Bar' and this is beautifully expressed in this chocolate bar, using a selection of single plantation cacao's stone ground to produce a complex chocolate. Cacao and coffee - two single origin beans from Brazil meet.
